Nucleo Living are extremely proud to present Kabek 2.0, a stunning 2 bed 2 bath eco-home designed by Ubali.
Ubali and Nucleo worked together to evolve this model and bring it to Nosara as a turnkey solution to affordable and sustainable living.

The home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and private terrace with fully customisable finishes, all tied to a double height atrium with mezzanine floor access to the master suite.
Kabek 2.0 is constructed from steel frame and a Plycem fibre cement system. The home is then encased in Zinc to increase durability whilst reducing maintainence needs. This method optimises resources and reduces site waste by a whopping 90%!
Responsible black water treatment to protect the environment is particularly important and as such a full water treatment solution is offered as standard.
The lightweight design is adaptable to difficult sloping terrain and humid tropical climates that would otherwise increase building costs.
This method is also extremely fast to erect from permit approval to handover in 12 – 16 weeks.
There is a shift towards sustainable home design that will become the defacto way of developing real estate in Nosara and beyond. We hope the Kabek 2.0 represents a step in this direction.
Our long term mission is to be an example for others in what’s achievable with thoughtful design and low impact techniques.
